I apologize in advance if I posted in the wrong section. First off, congratulations to the entire Dolphin staff..I tried to emulate Gamecube approximately 3 yrs ago and I never expected it would run games at 100% today! Your hard work and determination really paid off, keep it up!

Alright, so I try the new emus and SSBM runs great. However, the game experiences a minor slowdown during the fights so I was curious if there was anything else I could do. I guess I can post my PC specs:

Intel Centrino Duo @ 1.66 Ghz..this could be the problem but Im not too sure
2GB ram (Would it help if I increase my ram by i.e. ReadyBoost?)
Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit
Nvidia GeForceGo 7300-I dont think its the video card since the graphics for SSBM work wonders on my laptop

Unfortunately I dont remember my desktop specs but I kno its an older Pentium D and some ATI 256mb (higher im sure lol) graphics card with a gig of ram..So any ideas fellas? Appreciate the time guys!

Ram could be 1 issue azwell because vista eats into 1 GB (i know you have 2 but i am saying in general Vista terms) easlie so few more wouldnt be to bad! The processor is slow have u got Dual core mode enabled? and also are you running any other programs in the background? if yes try closing them down xD

its probably your processor. Or it could be that you dont have dual-core enabled.

His pentium D is on his desktop. I'd overclock the desktop one and see if you get it to work.

My thoughts exactly. I am aware that my laptop will be fried if I try Overclocking it..so I wont bother..yea I'll try overclocking my Pentium D cpu, course I gotta spend some time reading online making sure I dont screw my desktop up either! (considering I've never done any of this before)
